About a year ago I was outside pumping gas for customers. A guy told me he wanted $20 worth of gas.
I start his gas and move to the next guy and when I came back it was just under $18 and he said "Hey I said $10!". I told him he said $20.
We got into a verbal argument and he threw $18 at me and left after telling me he was going to get me.
About an hour later I was very busy and was just finishing up an old ladies gas and as I was hanging the nozzle up I got hit in the head from behind. My glasses went flying and as I turned around theres 2 guys hoping around saying ahh yeah.
I said f*ck this, and pointed the nozzle at them and pulled the trigger. I got them both and they moved back, they jumped into a GMC Jimmy that I had just pumped $5 of gas into. I sprayed gas all over its winshield and hood and then started yelling wheres my lighter?
They took off and a co-worker came out to see what was up and told me to go inside and calm down.
The next day I told my boss and his dad what happened and the bosses dad shook my hand and said none of the other guys would have had the guts to do that. I thought for sure I would be fired.
The guy had the nerve to call the next day, the bosses dad answered and told him to stay away since he hit me and that he got what he deserved.
He called again the next day and the boss told him the same thing, the guy told my boss he was going to sue me for getting gas on his sisters Jimmy. The boss told him good luck since i was just defending myself against his attack.
The police that come in heard about it and all thought it was funny and just said you got to do what you can to protect yourself.
Nothing ever came from the lawsuit threat.
