Ugh! So, this lady calls me the other day, and I look at the phone and want to cry. It's for our outlet catalog.
So, we go through all the particulars, and I ask for her first item.
Not available.
Next item.
Not available.
This goes on for 45 minutes. We are supposed to have a call time of oooooooh 4 minutes.
Finally, after she has gone through every item in the catalog, she cusses me out, and says I wasted her time, and that we shouldn't have sent her the catalog. Then she wants to know how everything could have been out of stock.
My first response was: Ma'am, we send that catalog out all over, plus its online, so anyone can get the merchandise, at anytime, before you get your catalog. Plus, it says on the front: "Limited Quantities"
So she says to me that it is just a cop-out, and we are trying to cover for poor merchandise. I was like ok, ma'am.
She told me to tell management that they were a-holes. HAHA!! if she only knew how badly I wanted to say that!! But, I don't even get to speak to the big guys.
