I called a woman about her bill and she tells me she hasn't been able to use our service, so why should she pay it.
I told her she could use it IF she had paid the bill. The reason she couldn't use it now, was because, she was behind on her bill. She argued some more about how she shouldn't have to pay it, since she couldn't use it.
I, once again, explain that no business is going to keep allowing you to use their service if you DON'T PAY THE BILL!
This went on for 10 minutes and she still couldn't grasp the concept that you have to pay the bill to continue to use a service.
She finally told me "I'M NOT PAYING FOR WHAT I CAN'T USE, YOU NASTY BITCH" and hung up.
This was an older woman, who one would think would have known by now that you have to pay your bills or you get cut off. Oh well, we will call her again next week.
