I work for an Airline, we are the number two airline right now. Without saying any names our company was the flight that went down in Pennsylvania on Sept. 11th and no, I do not work for American. I work at Chicago O Hare. People come up to us all the time with American Itineraries. Now we are in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. If people ask me why our kiosks do not work for them, I point out that this is U****d and not American, american is in Terminal 3. Now I figure that if they didn't read the Itineraries they can walk the 25 min. walk to 3. Of course, if customers could read signs they could take the tram over there. But we all know customers don't read signs
