Today a lottery customer bought $5 worth of tickets and gave me a $10. She insisted that she gave me a $20 and I remember the drawer not having any $10s before her. I counted the drawer and it was only a few dollars over. She kept insisting that she gave me a $20 even after my service desk coworker mentioned that the drawer was not that much off.

A note was left for the head cashier to review the register tomorrow. The customer didn't get the $10.
