Guest: I need to know if the renovations are complete on this unit

Guest: well can we confirm that because I wont stay in a place without the hardwood floors, I am just not gonna do it
Me: Ok let me connect you to the property manager. Ma'am,. she is gone, can I put you through to her voice mail?
Guest: No I wanna talk to her
Me: well I am sorry, she has gone home for the day
Guest: well then call her at home....I need to know if this place has hardwood floors
Me: well she is not in until tommorow and I cant call her at home
Guest: you know this is ridiculous.....isnt your manager supposed to be on call for emergencies?
Me: hardwood floors are not an emergency
Guest: fine, if thats your attitude, I am renting elsewhere and I want you to know its all because of you and your lack of customer service. You know if you're gonna be in this business, you need to learn to cater to your clients. I worked in customer service and this is not how you do it. My customers always came first but its apparent you dont do that here so you'll just have to do without me. I want customer service before, during, and after the sale. If you cant treat me right before I even book, I can only imagine how bad it is when I get there. So I hope you're happy, you just lost a customer. CLICK
