    Can You Do Anything About This?

    OK so this guy comes up to me at the Service Desk and shows me ONE small twisted LINK that he said is from a bracelet he bought at our store. He said he and his woman were on a bike ride (motorcycles) and when they stopped one time along the way they noticed her bracelet was missing. But, this one twisted LINK was left on her sweater sleeve.
    He wanted to know if we would replace the bracelet.

      Back in my fast food days, a woman came through drive thru and placed her order. At the window she explained how Wendy's gave her the wrong sundae and could we replace it for her for free? Um, no?
