Playing keep away

I swear I think all customers are playing a secret game of keep away.I have customers that try everything from letting me touch or scan their item.One woman kept jerking th water bottle away from my hand and trying to shove her credit card in my hand. Poking me in the fingers and stabbing me in the hand with it in the process. I also have jackasses that throw wadded money(I HATE wadded money) on the counter and then try to walk out.Nope I don't need to see what you have.That way my inventory is real fun at the end of the month.

Ugh, the early-leavers. No sir, you will NOT be leaving my presence until I have determined that you have fully paid for that item. After all, wouldn't want to you walk off without the $5 extra that was in that wad, would we?

The only times I walk out is when I'm getting a $0.99 can of iced tea - I simply show it (they do these on a cash basis, no taxes) and give the one dollar
