So, lady calls, and asks for <guest name> (her husband), because he had just called her. I can't find it in the system, and she says it might be under <business name>. Well, there are two rooms under that business name, both under <other guest name> (apparently the boss is paying for both rooms). So I say I can't connect her to the room, unless she gives me the room number, because I can't tell which room her husband is in.

So, she tries to work the other angle and asks for <other guest name>'s room. I tell her I still can't connect her without the room # because, I can't tell which room he is in (as his name is on both rooms)."

Hopefully next time she'll get his Room #. (I know, I know, but I can dream, can't I)
