Adle-brained SC's who have to be told something several times before it sets in--that's a special pet peeve I have. And more often than not, they get what I'm saying wrong! An example:
Me--The number is 123/456-7890
SC--Huh? What's the number?
Me--123/456/7890.
SC--You said 122-446-7790?
Me--No! 123/456-7890.
SC--123/446-7980.
Ad nauseum!
