Today, my service desk customer got a customer who wanted an EZ Pass. She asked me to help her on selling it so I showed her what needed to be done.
The customer believed that he should get the EZ Pass for free. He tried to show me where he thought it said that in the little booklet. I tried to explain that the EZ Pass needed to be registered and he still believed that he should get it for free right then. I paged the Night Crew Manager, who told him pretty much the same thing, and the customer ended up not getting the EZ Pass.
