While working for a computer help desk.
We got a call from the Service support Desk saying that they have to get the place fumigated as they had a customer's computer come in with coach roaches in it direct from the customer. EWWW
Anyone remember the HP computers with the place to put the recovery cd's on the top. We had a call from the service desk advising that the computer was slow because the user used the plastic holder at the top as an ashtray.

A local convience store has multiple promotions on chocolate bars and they never seem to get it right.
Cadbury 100g varienty 2 / $5 you get your receipt and it shows the following
Cadbury 100 $2.79
Cadbury 100 $2.79
subtotal + 5.58
GST 0.28
when pointing out the error I was advised that the price was plus GST. Kay My math is rather good last time I looked provincial / GST taxes were separtate and 2.79 + 2.79 = 0.58 cents to much.
As customer service we get all people. is scary when we can't get good customer service ourselves when we take the time to be polite.
