*Sigh*, my arena thought it would be brilliant to add more club parking spots which means more parking passes of different varieties this year. Last year we had only 4 to worry about. Now this year we've got about 10 todeal with. I had a customer drive up, and he asks me about the pass and says that they always let him in here with his pass (It was a VIP pass and he's trying to get into suite.) I tell him no, and that our policy has been the same, we can let suite into VIP if the suite holder wishes but not VIP into suite. Simple enough. Guy tried arguing and I told him the policy until he saw my supervisor coming with a big grin on his face. Guy realizes I'm serious and so is supervisor so he goes away.
Regular parking passes are the one pass I hate the most. People think that they can get into club, VIP, or suite with them when all it does is give them free parking. It's going to be an interesting season with all these goddamn passes.
