  • I have to fire myself

Today, I had this older lady in buying a Manga for her daughter, Bleach Vol. 5, I belive. I typed in the wrong amount, and of course voided it out. Well the mother started in asking why I double charged her, told her I done that one by accident, and it says that it is voided. Not good enough for her, she wanted to talk to a manager, and of course, I was the only one in at the time. She told me, that I better fire myself. *on a side note* A little child told me, that I will burn in hell, for not having this one Anime in that he wanted.

Wow. I like anime and all, but I don't think anyone's gonna burn in hell because they don't have a DVD or manga volume I want...

Also, if you're gonna have to fire yourself, make an event out of it! Actually, forget that! Prove you're a pop culture fan, hire Donald Trump for the sole job of firing you!

Heckuva job the parents did raising that kid. If he didn't pick that up from them, there's a good chance he tried it on them and they didn't do anything about it.

My wife did something like that at the supermarket ages ago. Apparently the cashier accidently double-scanned something, but managed to catch it and voided the duplicate off.

About halfway to the door, my wife looks at the receipt and tells me, "She charged me twice for that!"

I looked at it, and sure enough, it was on there twice. But immediately after that was a credit for the same amount. I tried to explain it to her, but she just wasn't getting it.

"But she charged me twice! It's right there!"

"Yes, but then she took it off. See, right after that is a credit for the same amount."

              "But she charged me twice!"

              Lather, rinse, repeat.

Eventually, she just said, "Oh, OK", and we left, but I still don't think she got it. I guess she expected it to mysteriously vanish from the receipt somehow if it was voided off.

No, I'm going to hell for being Catholic, marrying outside my faith, getting a divorce, marrying again (and once again outside my faith), not having gone to confession for any of these sins, not having gone to church for 25 years, leaving the church and becoming a witch.

With all these MASSIVE sins behind me, do you really think I'm worried of the threat of damnation by a little nose miner like you for not having your grotty anime?

It's your hell, you burn in it. You probably will if that's the attitude you're going to have in life.

I thought the current position with them was that you where going to burn in hell FOR watching anime?

Ah yes, just wait until that small child will go to be big and strong and working in the service industry. Then they will know what hell is truly like. You should have told him, "I'm already there."

I was in that he told me that. I think it was an adult type anime that he wanted. Damn, some people, I just do not know about
