Krispy Kreme has to have the stupidest corporate executives imaginable. How else can a company which produces glazed crack that melts in your mouth end up struggling as Krispy Kreme has recently?
    Quoted for truth.

Did you know that corporate made the franchise purchase all their own napkins, etc?
    I'm bringing disdain back...with a vengeance.

Oh, and your tool box called...you got out again.

      No, and that's excessively stupid.

Wish I could have Krispy Kremes...so soft and chewy, and that icing ammmmgggghhhhhhhh.....I'm going to have to stop now before I start touching myself over freaking doughnuts.

I'd prefer he drive to someplace like Hawaii or Guam. Probably could convince him too, from the sound of it.
You can always print off the driving directions from Google Maps. I'm sure he'll have a chain to attach his vehicle to the back of the kayak to make the trip across the ocean.

Now that would be a sight to see.

Where I live there's no Dunkin Doughnuts or Krispy Kreme or even a Baskin Robbins, if I want anything like that I have to drive 100kms south which aint gonna happen.

            My town is very boring

Baskin Robbins has gone steeply downhill in the past couple of years. Trust me, you're better off picking up your favorite flavor at the grcoery store and some icecream cones and making your own. It would taste infinitely better.

My closest one is across the border, in New York (which is about 20 miles or so). So if I really want to drive that far, I 'll go to it.

I think there are only three DD in the Pittsburgh area. I don't like DD personally. There are many of them along the northeast coast though. But yeah, that guy was a jerk. For some reason, I picture him having a thick Boston accent.

On our breakfast bar, we serve bagels. I remember this one guest from NYC complained about our bagels. He said "They aren't like the ones in NYC. They're awful! And this coffee! Dunkin Donuts is so much better!"

Maybe yours has. The one about two miles from me is still selling frozen dairy crack. (I drooling now. slurp)

I love Krispy Kreme donuts and I am not talking about the ones you can get in a grocery store.

There used to be one on Rock Road in the first or second commercial cluster w of 270, wonder why it went down.

Now if that means more Krispy Kremes, I'm perfectly ok with that...... I miss KK.

I can totally understand that. A lot of people (me included) think DD has much better coffee. I actually get mine from DD every day, as I no longer make coffee (having spent way too many summers working for Starbucks). So I would definitely ask for a DD, and I'd generally prefer one since I drink coffee every day but I only get donuts occasionally.

But I'm not an SC, so I would go and get coffee at the KK. And a few donuts. Because their donuts are sooooooo good. And I wouldn't complain.

Dunkin Donuts/Starbucks have even invaded little ol' new zealand, there is a Dunkin' Donuts store at the mall about 5 minutes drive away from me (DD has become WAY overpriced lately though, so I don't buy them), as for starbucks, the nearest one is about 15-20 minutes drive away, but in the central city there is one roughly every 500 metres.
