So I went into work the other day and my manger pulls me aside to tell me this.
So he is walking down the liquor isle and sees a woman stuff a bottle under her shirt and thinks that I know her from some where. And then he realizes that she was an employee that had worked at the store for 4 weeks before quitting suddenly the week before. So he calls her name and she takes off and makes it out the door and into a waiting car that is running. How ever they chose to park in the spaces that are directly in front of the store and because it is at 5:00 pm on a week day the parking lot is grid locked and they can't pull out. So he knocks on her window and says to her if she gives the bottle back he won't press charges and reminds her that we still have all her info. So she gives it back and gets told that she is not allowed to come back. I was laughing pretty hard by the time he finished this. And the moral of the story is if you are going to shoplift don't do it some where that everyone knows who you are.
