Visitor Parking is reserved; "I always park here"

This is the 2nd time this student used this line when the garage was reserved. It did not work the 1st time.

My spiel for the 1st time & the 2nd time:
"I'm sorry, I understand that, but the garage is reserved today, & I can only allow people on the event list to park."

Today's incident:

me: "Hi, how may I help you?"
student: "I always park here."
me: my spiel

Student backs up again & leaves
