This is why I love this webcomic. For those who don't know what Ctrl Alt Del is, it is a webcomic about 4 roommates in their 20's, three of which are gamers. One of them just "inherited" a video game store of his own, had it renovated, and today's comic is opening day.

The first thing he does is hang a sign outlining his approach to customer "service".

If only more stores did this...
