So, the Ticketnote simply read: Onyxia didn't give head.

I used to GM a text MUD called Medievia, and one quest in there involves you defending a castle. To get the reward you had to kill the leader of the naughty chaps and give his head to the baron.

"I just gave head to the baron and he didn't do anything!"

None of us could type for minutes.

Personally, I've only had involvement with GM's in WoW once, and that was a reply to a report I made about someone's name. It was something like ikilljews. I simply sent it in with my comment of "oh really?" I got a brief whisper telling me it had been taken care of, nothing more.

Frankly, having worked a similar position (without the god-like powers) as an Advocate on Asheron's Call, I fully understand what you guys go through.
