Woman comes in last night and tries to return a cell phone. This is a no-no to begin with. But her reason?
"I wanted a different number so I programed it--NO I DIDN'T MESS WITH MY PHONE!"
She was in there for 3 hours arguing. 3 hours. I scanned the entire store (price audit) and was done before she was gone. Poor ASM who was dealing with her the majority of the time nearly had a nervous breakdown. Really--you fuck with your phone in a way that you are expressly told not to, and you expect everything to be pie? Fuck you.
