Okay... I'm not going to go through the litany of irate callers today... there's not enough time to even get to get to the really good stuff. I'll just relate two events, and you can figure out the details.
1. For reasons unknown, we didn't carry the wrestling pay per view Sunday night even though we promised we would. I have nothing against wrestling -- I consider it the American version of Grand Opera. Still, wrestling fans can a little... um... testy about stuff like missing an event.
2. We also broke the internet.
Both customer service and technical support had a fun day. I can cuss enough to make a drunken longshoreman blush, but I learned new swear words today.
