I was working and watching for shoplifters and low and behold this gem came in. I get a call from PITA Manager to watch this woman. He escapes to a clear phone and tells me that this customer was making a stink. She had coupons for our store and like ALL other coupons these coupons has exclusions…well little miss entitlement is better than that and “Since she spend over $100,00 in our store this year, $700 dollars yesterday and $1000 today
(please not I pulled her purchase history…try $200 
) the we should give her the coupons on these excluded items.” Being the PITA manager he is of course he caves into her and her childish demands…..
(It gets better hold on) Ms Entitlement finishes her transaction and while the associate is helping another customer she walks up to a 6-piece set of items and steals one. Which me being the good employee I am happen to see and decide to stop her for shoplifting. I do…of course it is all a big misunderstanding blah blah blah she does not have it until I start describing it to her where it is ect. Now it’s on I’m all sorts of filthy things and she shoves me. So I bring out my handcuffs (: she quiets down and admits. She goes to jail for shoplifting. I get that warm and fuzzy glow.
