I've posted before how I'll often run technical support for (government agency). I've also pointed it is says in three different places, I can ONLY do tech support while wearing this hat.
Got this guy. He asked me a question I can't answer and refer him to where he needs to go. He writes back:
SC: I think the government should put those people on chat so we our time won't be wasted. What do YOU think, Nurian?
ME: (I think if you had looked an inch above the chat window, your precious time wouldn't have been wasted) It's not in my position to comment, Sir. Any other questions, Sir?
SC: No. I've attempted to use this to get information and am disappointed. I hope this chat isn't OUTSOURCED.
(Asshole has disconnected)
Or what? You'll whine more? You'll vaguely threaten us? You'll ask us questions we can't answer and try to guilt us?
Look, pal. I've stared into a drill sergeant's eyes. Meaning I've stared into the maw of HELL ITSELF. You hold no fear over me at all. Feel free to try again, though. I'll try not to laugh too hard. I promise*!
