  • I will spend my F@#%kin money elsewhere

You have probably come across this type of customer before.
But today a sc who has come into the store a few times before and has never purchased anything starts to ask the value of every fish in our display aquariums for about 10 minutes. Of course the store is really busy at this time.

I tell him that they are display fish and are not really for sale.
He had showed no interest at all in any of our retail fish for sale just the display fish.

He was holding a small child of about 3 or 4 years old and using Fuck in just about every sentence he managed to say. I politely asked him if he could stop swearing in the store.

He them totally flipped out ranting that no one tells him what to do, and stormed out like a spoilt child saying I will spend my F@#%kin money elsewhere.

I love it when a sc says “I was going to spend so much money here” boo hoo I may cry!!!!

Yeah, that only really works if you spend money in that store. And if you did, you probably going to continue doing so.

*snrk* Every time, every single time, I hear or read the phrase "$%#^ing money," my mind turns straight to the gutter.

That said, it's not like he was going to be spending his money there anyway, since you weren't going to sell him your display fish and those were the only ones he'd ever expressed any real interest in.

Forget that tool. Who needs some tantrum throwing cheapskate EW like him in your store anyway. Hopefully the door hit him on the ass on the way out.

My ex was like that too. While I'll admit I have a mouth on my, I tried to keep it under control when he was around, especially after he repeated a couple words I'd let slip when I was driving and another driver did something stupid. She, however, didn't even try. I remember one time I went to pick him up at her place, and she was pissed at her boyfriend, who has just left. While she was holding our son, she said, "He's an asshole and he can go fuck himself!"

Of course, now he's 15 and I've given up.

I wish I had some F@#%kin money. Maybe it would reproduce and I'd have a lot more of it.

Sounds like someone is an idiot and who has no imagination. My ex-gf's brother was like that. Nearly every word out of his mouth was some variation of "Fuck" Not surprising, since he wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer, and thought it made him tough.

I admit, I have a *very* colorful vocabulary--anyone who has read my LJ or has been in the garage when I work on the car would know that But, one thing you *won't* see me do, is curse around children. The last thing I want to hear, is one of them calling someone a "twinkle-toed fuck pixie." I'm sure it would be hilarious, but still

And I thought it was bad when my then-3-year-old called me a "Stupid asshole!" When I told him not to say it, he told me "You say it in the car!"

Like protege, my language can be quite colorful at times. And I try to watch it not only around kids, but around adults as well that I don't know, and known adults that I know, or suspect might be offended by such language.

Around 16 years ago, a buddy of mine helped me pick up a new sofa/hide-a-bed that I had bought. He brought along his little girl, who was 4 or 5 at the time. now this guy, his wife, and the girl were really close friends. I was kind of like an uncle to the girl.

We got the sofa to my house in his van, and were trying to get it through the front door, into the house. At one point, the sofa got stuck in the doorway, and I think my hand may have gotten caught too. Not crushed, but just giving me the bit of claustrophobic panic I can get if I feel like I'm physically trapped by something.

                      I blurt out "FUCK!!"

The litlle girls freaks out! (I think she actually cried!) "Dad! Mike said a bad word!"

Well, of course I felt like an ass, and had to apologize profusely, and tell her no matter the reason, it was wrong for me to say that.

Oh, and as far as swearing while working on cars?

That's just part of the procedure.....
