JUST READ. Read the words. The discounts can't be combined. Not on property rentals, not with coupons, graaaaahhhhhh. At least the discounts were intended for the product they were seeking. I had a woman come up with an X-Box360 and a coupon for 15% off a "BABY ITEM".

When pointed out, what was her response?

She pointed to her 15 year old son saying "Well he's still my baby! That still counts!!!!!!!eleventy!!!!!!!!"

Actually, there is a growing, disturbing, and saddening trend in lawsuits (in North America anyway) of people arguing (sometimes sucessfully) that the fine print or posted signs shouldn't apply because "no one reads them anyway."

I don't think we're all that far away from needing to have store employees follow customers around reading posted signs to SCs, who won't listen anyway.
