So I was on cash tonight & a couple came with a couple of items on someone's wedding registry. I put in the info, and 1 item was not the correct one, so I let them know and offered to send someone w/ them to see what the problem was. I suspected it was an item in the wrong spot, since the tag matched the registry, but the item thwy had didn't. They went by themselves and came back, re-iterating that the label matched the # on registry. Ok, so I was thinking that they still didn't get the concept, so I called for salesfloor to meet them there. Not 3 or 4 mins later they come back up, saying no one met them and forget the whole thing. If they had just let me send someone right away, the problem would've been solved.
