Female customer pulls up to the window in a convertible. I open the window to speak to her. It is around 12 p.m.
She tells me a couple of things.
She shows me the parking tag that is hanging from her rear view mirror, & it states night school. I tell her the tag is only for night school parking in the faculty/staff garage, & if she parks in Visitor parking, she has to pay the $5.00 to exit. She pouts & says "even if I am here to register for summer session 2 I have to pay?" Well...I assume you are going to night school for summer session 1, & you park in the staff garage. You should "know" that your parking tag is only good for night school.
I tell her "I'm sorry, but the school does charge everyone a $5.00 parking fee." She rolls her eyes & says "ok, fine."
She tells me a couple of things.
- She has a parking tag (which can only be used for free at the student lots, at the faculty/staff garage if you have night school, or at the garage for the college of business)
- She has an access card, but she forgot it
- She tells me the access code for her card, which she forgot, does not work
