You know how on tv game shows like wheel of fortune, price is right, and (crap can't think of any more) when the person giving an answer, the audience is yelling suggestions? Well, this phone call was like that - this guy was ordering (he wasn't sure what to order) and people were yelling out what to order. Things like "Cheese bread!" and what toppings, etc. He didn't end up buying what everyone said - so I know they were just suggesting.

Lady is paying with a credit card. Since this is over the phone, I ask her the card number. She gives me the card number as quick as she can, then doesn't understand why I wasn't able to type all that. Eventually I get her to give me the digits for at a time (after I had to explain how the numbers were grouped, y'know, in fours).
