It's been quite a while since I've been on here. Hi again!
We have a very persistent (read: annoying) man applying for a financial aid through our office. He's applying for a loan as well as doing work-study. 80% of students (including him) cannot do both. He refuses to understand why this is the case. He won't stop arguing about the amounts that he imagines that he is eligible for. Has bad mouthed me personally, as well as my entire office, to anyone who will listen. He finally says he will quit his work-study job in order to do the loan. (re-read that last sentence, as it is important).
The day after he tells me that he is going to quit, he is removed from the office in handcuffs by campus police for threatening his supervisor and refusing to leave. Why, you ask? Because he was being fired.
Buh? You wanted out of a job, you got out of a job, why are you refusing to leave?
