Why do customers expect sales associates to know they want into a locked case instead of just browsing. Normally, I'd go ask him if he needs help with anything, but I had just gotten off break and my coworker was by himself with a line. I go help the people who are in line that want into a locked case. He starts yelling in the aisle that he wants help over in that aisle and how he has been there ten minutes. Um, ok? That particular aisle is right in front of the register. Why didn't you stand in line and get help? Yeah we should have more people, but we don't.
