Such ignorant callers

Is there anyone who can't stand such ignorant customers? And what I mean, ignorant, I mean they always pick on other nationalities just to make themselves look better. One woman called, who had lost two of her favorite channels, was bitching that she doesn't speak chinese, spanish, etc and she is an american.

That's right cause heaven forbid, people from a different country should be deprived of their channels that they can understand.

Companies lose channels ALL the time and these idiots always pick on the channels that have a different language.

I have one recurring customer who is of African descent, and he is the most racist person I have ever met. He constantly denigrating our Asian (Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi) customers blaming them for the fact that he can't find the book or magazine he is looking for, and saying that it's "these people" who are always using our computers to mess around and play games, when I have seen him playing solitaire of all things on a PC when we've been very busy. This guy is a racist, a hypocrite and a RRPIA which is our term for right,royal, pain in the anatomy.

Yes, I dislike that "I am the center of the universe, everybody should be like me and the whole world should cater to my specific needs" mindset. Bah!
