Depending on the license terms, Seraph can do one better than getting it back: Copyright violations can be a very lucrative way to make money. In the process, the customer's life gets to be made a living hell.

Since this customer seems to deserve it, I have to suggest looking into it. Could be fun.

Hm, well...hit a slight snag tonight.

In his scrambling to make reparations and, well, appease me....SC has fired he offending employee and offered me...yes...more orders.

The big thing is I forgot he has a partner he recently acquired. Said partner is actually quite a nice fellow, and has been away on vacation. He actually returned tonight, and is FREAKING out that SC ticked me off this much. He's beside himself about what happened, and has been lambasting SC like craaaazy:

Partner: I am starting to get pissed of with them both now
Partner: not very pro, well im not but i like to think i am
Partner: Ok <forum mod> is now fired
Seraph: nice, lol...honestly, should've been done a few weeks ago when he started taunting members

Partner: Yeah i was off for a week or so s
Partner: so nothing would have been done about that because <SC>is to scared to LOL
Partner: If he continues I will ban his account
Partner: and then IP ban him

And of course, the forum admin has been flipping out...tried to add me to AIM so he could "have a chat with me". I'm not stupid, so I'm totally not going for it, LOL.

But yeah, now I feel bad because I sorta kinda forgot that the partner is nice...isn't if SC isn't. Currently I'm considering still "firing" SC, but speaking things over with the nice partner, and making sure some boundaries are set. I won't continue with either one of them if they don't stop some of these shenanigans.

And yeah....I could've totally brought some of the miscreants to court. But, of course they think that by mistreating me, everything will just go away. Riiiight, lol.

Oh wow. I wish my SC forum member could hear of what this Admin has done. I've never come close to this. The only ban/eject I've done (which felt great) was for a stalker...seriously didn't need a guy like that. Too bad about the nice guy, though.

Wow some people amaze me. Surel he realises that he can't just violate copyright and your services, appoint a deuche for admin and think you are his bitch and get away with it. Luckily I have had no SC for a week as i have had no customer contact being off of work FTW.

Completely the opposite to the forum I mod on, where in the last 12 hours there have been 32 temporary bans and 8 permanant bans. Even then we have a modicum of professionalism and only ban for rule breaking and never ban for anything personal.
