    I had a customer who just happened to be an employee at my store. She was trying to return a hat and was wondering if she would get back the coupons that she'd used on it yesterday. I said no. She asked if I could call a manager to ask, so I did. He said the same thing I did. She kept complaining about how that wasn't fair, since she wanted to buy other things with those coupons, and so on.

    I understand you're new here so you may not know, but it is extremely insulting to me if you don't believe me when I say that no you will not get your coupons back when you're trying to return something. I would kind of expect that from a customer, but not someone who works in the store. And another thing, I couldn't give them back even if I wanted to; once the day is over we turn in all that stuff, so it's all gone the next day!

      Now that's just terrible. I've been pissed off by customers many times, but I wouldn't treat them like that (unless they start it first for no reason and keep annoying me).
