SC: Why doesn't your salad bar have ice in it?
Me: Because it is refridgerated underneath...?
SC: But why doesn't the bar have ice underneath?
ME: Because It is a refrigderated unit underneath
SC: But there should be ice underneath
ME: (repeat above answer in a slighty different way)
SC: (Asks question in slightly different way)
On phone:
SC: are you still open?
Me: no, we are closed.
SC: what time do you close?
ME: 10pm. (it's about 15min after)
Insert pissy whinny voice here:
SC: Well, how long does it take to just make a sandwich?
ME: about 10min.
SC: Well, cant you just make one more?
ME: No, sorry, maám, we are closed.
Yes, I'll reopen a register, turn on the ovens, make your sandwich, wait for you to turn up, clean up the mess, close and recount/balance the register, and redo my deposits. Which, altogether will take me probably close to 30min+. Just so you can have your sandwich? Nope.
Yes, go ahead and complain tomorrow. There will be a manager in after 3pm.
