i hate people.... i also hate my job somedays...but this is obv more about people since its in this section
Its nearly 9pm, the time we close. i go to the back door to close and lock the door.
guy walks in, so i move over to the side to let him by, says nothing at lets the door pretty much slam in my face
he is already on my bad side
he goes up to the front to buy milk. and my cw N rings him up. cw M is waiting by the front door to let the remaining few people out, hes the last one.
after we close the backdoor, we ask customers to use the front door. and most have no problem. if they need to get to the back parking lot, they can cut through the walkway next to us.
oh no, not this guy.
mind you he's already on my bad side (its been a long week)
cw M is waiting and tells him we cannot open the backdoor, but he can walk out front and use the walkway.
no. this point hes already being a total bitch
i understand this all sounds petty, but we were all tired, and this guy was putting up a big stink over nothing.
he no longer wants the milk...
and we've been closed for at least 5 min.
N says shes not doing it, she cant do it, were closed
" give me the manager"
N "she'll be here tomorrow"
"give me my money"
this goes on for a while
she finally gives him his money
him "well that was simple enough why not open the door"
hey, why dont you stop being a total bitch and just freakin walk around? why not take our word for something. why dont u just be like every other person and break the backdoor letting yourself out
why do people expect us to do anything and everything for them
im just pissed, N was SUPER pissed. shes not someone to mess with.
this guy is demanding a gift card and free milk "for his trouble"
