    How sucky would you have to be to do this..with a witness listening?

    I am on the phone with a customer, he is calling from a phone box in the street, just a normal conversation no suckiness involved, when suddenly....

    Sounds of cars became niosier, he must have opened the door to the phone box...I can hear customer, not speaking to me, shouting at someone else, muffled....... "You f...ing arsehole, I'm gonna break your neck........"

    Sounds of scuffle........other person yelling, more yelling from customer........after saying "hello, hello" a couple of times I put the customer on hold and phoned the police to report an incident.I gave the number he was calling from so they could go there.

    The police got back to me to confirm that the customer I was talking to had attacked someone he knew and did not like, who happened to be walking past the phone box ...........and he did this while on the phone to me........
    Customer "why did you answer the phone if you can't help me?"

      I'm guessing slightly lower than the guy in my cooking class who tried something similar (although with less lethal intent) in front of the teacher, the cafeteria workers and a member of the football team (who grabbed the first guy as a favour to the adults).

        Watch him call back later to complain that you provided poor customer service by calling the police on him.
        Now the trouble about trying to make yourself stupider than you really are is that you very often succeed.

          Bully for you and prison for him, hopefully. I congratulate you. You deserve a raise.
          Customers should always be served . . . to the nearest great white.
