how to earn a permaban

This didn't happen on my shift, I found this in the shift log for morning shift... I'm willing to bet that this guy has earned an honorary permaban for this.

WHEN GUEST CHECKED IN TOLD GUEST RATE WAS $53 + TAX. ALSO $10.00 PER NIGHT FOR ROLLAWAY. PAID BY CC ON 5/9/10. PAID FOR RM
AND TAX FOR ENTIRE STAY. ROLLAWAY COST NOT INCLUDED. WHEN GUEST WENT TO C/OUT ON 5/10/10. TOLD THEM THEY STILL OWED $40.00
FOR ROLLAWAY. TOOK 1 NIGHT OFF SINCE CLERK FORGOT TO CHARGE THEM. GUEST IRATE. CALLED AND MADE FORMAL COMPLAINT WHILE
STILL AT THE DESK. WHEN HE HUNG UP THREATENED TO SUE US IF WE CHARGED HIM. ALSO SAID HE HAD FRIENDS AND WOULD CALL THE
MEDIA. TOLD ME I SHOULD PAY FOR THE ROLLAWAY SINCE HE WASN'T. ALSO SAID THAT HE WOULD CALL AND STOP PAYMENT ON HIS CARD.

As a side note, I would love to see the lawyer who takes on that case
The only thing that pisses me off is that the spineless blobs at corporate take complaints like this serious.
For that matter, I'd love to see the media outlet who is going to take him serious... serously, at least locally I doubt I could find a single customer advocate who would take him on the air.

Actually I can believe him getting a customer advocate. Do you really think he'd tell the guy that he was told about the rollaway charge ahead of time, but found it really inconvenient? Nope, he cry out bait and switch, he never used the rollaway, etc etc.
