Disabled and disagreeable

I thought that those scooters were supposed to have enough juice for running errands. The fact that this isn't the first time she's needed it recharged worries me. Does it still count as a lack of planning if you know where you can get someone else to plug it in for you?

When my Ex had one of the mid-range Rascal scooters a few years back, that thing could run for literally 6 or 7 MILES on a full charge. Not really something you would want to do all the time (kills the batteries faster and makes for frequent and expensive swap-outs). But then after a journey like that it took, at minimum, a couple of hours to minimumly RECHARGE not just a quick plug in.

I am thinking she really needed to get a new set of batteries esp if they are dying that quick
