Seriously asshole, it is not my fault that you waited for over half an hour for a shuttle.
First, when you called I asked if you were ready for pick up, you said no, I very specifically told you to call when you were ready.
Two, when you booked your reservation we told you to call when you are ready for pickup
Three, you never called to tell me that you were ready for pickup
Four, you weren't even fucking waiting for half an hour fuckwad, you called me at 11:35 to ask about the shuttle and you called again to bitch about waiting for half an hour at 11:50.

my boss would never read it. i know. i've written exactly what i'm working on in 3" letters on a dry erase board and have it hanging at eye level on the wall and he still asks me what i'm working on. what's really funny is that he's the one who suggested i do that so he wouldn't have to ask me every day what i'm working on.
