Where I work, the drive-thru has an auto-greeter. What some customers fail to realize though, is that there is a PERSON taking their orders.

Autogreeter: Welcome to Golden Arches, may I take your order please?

SC: CAN YOU F**KING HOLD ON ??!!!
Me: I am not serving you, you can go now.
SC: Whyyyyyyyy?
Me: Because you just cursed at me.

SC pulls up and comes inside...

SC: This girl in the drive-thru is so rude, she refused to take my order, and bla bla bla

Manager: That is because you were rude. We are not serving you.
SC: GO SUCK YOURSELF
Manager: I'm clean..YOU go suck yourself..that's if you can find yourself
Me: *killing myself laughing*
