But it's true. I enjoy life when I eat out more often. Of course, the best I can afford is fast food & the "Golden Corral" once a paycheck. Oh well, that's my happy place.

We have a restaurant supply store here, called "Cash & Carry."

And yes, anyone who's familiar with the process of ordering, or been around restaurants long enough knows that just buying up one thing is more expensive than making a large order from a distributor or a supply store.

Perhaps this man is trying to corner the market on pork chops?

Just a bit of an update. I found out that the reason he and his wife buy the pork chops from us is they're paying for them with food stamps and then selling them in their restaurant. We won't go into how much that pisses me off. I'm very tempted to report them but I don't know any actual names and I haven't personally seen them do so. This is just something my manager told me.

Food stamps are for food to feed you and your family, not to sell in a restaurant.

Oh my god. He's worse than I thought! I don't mind my tax dollars going to pay for a Hispanic woman with seven kids who finally had the sense to boot out her good for nothing husband and finds she can't work or earns minimum wage, at best.

I quite resent a man with his own business taking my tax dollars to enrich himself, however. I hate that in large corporations (including where I work) and I certainly don't want to accept it in a scummy would-be restauranteur.
