sc (very angry and yelling so I don't understand everything: *yelling something about a product and something wrong with the box or missing from the box, doesn't say way the product is*
me: ...is this a cellphone?
sc: No! It's a grill! *very 'duh' tone, in addition to angry.*
me: okay, sir, you'll have to call the store's main line and they can transfer you to either customer service or lawn and garden.
sc: *yells something about a 4** number and costing him money, and I have no clue what he was talking about* I'm sick of this bullcrap (yes, he did say crap) I'm ready to come to the store, throw the box on the floor, stomp on it, and then beat someone's head in!
me: ... I'm sorry sir I'm unable to transfer you from this phone as it's a separate line.
sc: fine! give me the number.
me: 7**-
sc: SPEAK UP!
me: *almost yelling the number* 7**-****
sc: *perfectly normal tone* Thank you, bye.
I called service desk to give them a heads up since there was a threat in there, but as of close to the end of my shift (about 6 hours later) they said he hasn't shown.
