    The suckier the customers are!
    OK, the holiday period is over. That means everyone's back at their jobs--and calling us! And the longer they wait for us to get on the line, the nastier they get.
    Technically, it's their own fault for choosing to call us during a busy period, right? Of course, that makes too much sense!

    What's also fantastic is when the customer decides not to wait till I get back to the phone. I never tell a customer that we have an item till its IN my hands, since I know they would raise hell if they showed up to no item.

    I mean, I know how much it stinks to be on hold, but I'm not going to lunch or anything. At times I may *gasp* have to help a customer or two along the way back and to the phone. jerks.
