So, My shop gives out samples of pretty much almost everything in my store. and we give them out in little black pots. We them put a label on the top with the name of the product and the ingredients.
So when you come in my store and tell me you got a sample in a little black pot, and can you have another one, but you can't tell me what was in the pot, I can't really help you.
If he had told me the name, I could have given him another one. And then I let him sniff a large bottle of our new shower gel( which we have been giving out a lot of samples of lately) and you say its not it, but then ten minutes later sniff the medium size tester out on the floor of the same thing and say that it is what the sample is... you just look like an even bigger moron.
