Customer calls with a query.
I read her notes on the computer system and see that a collegue has noted, not half an hour ago, that he is going to call her within the hour, once he finds out the answer to her query (same query)

I tell her this.

Customer replies "yeah but if you try to find out the answer as well, then which ever one of you finds out quickest can call me".

Bonus points if she words the question just different enough that it really requires a different answer than your CW is going to give her.

Double bonus points if she calls back, speaks to a third person, and finds yet another way to ask the question, thus having three people researching something that, as it turns out, still isn't exactly what she meant.
