    Ugh.....today was extremely frustrating. We're still hopelessly behind on everything and it was extremely busy. 20 minutes to close I get these three guys demanding 2 Swissgear Pegasus backpacks, and I only had one. For the most part they were reasonable, and I was able to locate another bag for them at Sister Store to the West. This was a fair bit of extra work, especially after they wrote the wrong address on the shipment form which meant we needed to start all over with a new one, but on the whole, not unreasonable.

    Then I went back into the bag aisle and OH MY GOD.

    While I was on the phone - going above and beyond to find them their backpack - they returned the favor by TRASHING the whole fucking aisle. They pulled MORE THAN HALF of my backstocked bags out of the mids and shoved them wherever they'd fit on the shelves, all in a vain attempt to find anotehr Pegasus bag, AFTER I not only TOLD them we only had 1, but SHOWED THEM on the computer that I was telling the truth. And I know it was them because the aisle was NOT like that when I had been there only a few minutes prior.

    I'd better not see these guys ever again because I am seriously pissed at them.

    Yikes. That is rough. I really dislike people who pretty much destroy others property. Sorry that there are people out there like that.

      So as if simply trashing MY briefcase aisle wasn't bad enough, one of these jokers apparently called the store today and got into an argument with Focker about the rebate on the Pegasus bag. He was under the mistaken impression that because the bag was being shipped over from another store the rebate had to be entered as if it was an online/phone order, which threw an error.

      Now, I can see how he made that mistake, but he then proceeded to try and argue that yes, it IS an "order" even after Focker told him that it's actually an in-store purchase. Focker told me it took "several minutes" to make this guy get it, and that he didn't remember that this was one of the guys who trashed my aisle until after he got off the call.

      Oh, and people are still managing to tear open and spill silica gel packets all over that aisle.
