    Bit of an update:

I asked a few people who frequent his site if they could do a little digging for me. One of them asked about his status, and if he really was going to sue me, and he flat out wouldn't respond. So still not sure whats going on with him, maybe his attorney laughed at him.

My dad's ok now, well, at least stable. He's in the hospital, they're going to be running some tests to figure out what happened and what kind of shape his heart is in. They said apparently he had walking pneumonia, and that something happened with his heart, and that the fluid from it filled up his lungs before his heart could pump it out? I'm not too clear on what happened, but pretty much, they had to do chest compressions to get all the fluid out so he could breathe again. Still, quite scared for him, he's got a family history of heart issues, and frankly, he takes very bad care of himself. I just hope everything turns out alright, and maybe this will scare him into being more careful with what he eats and exercising.

      Well wishes for your dad.

As far as the client goes, can't wait to hear how he embarasses himself.

You have sympathies and best wishes for yer Dad all around ^_^ My Dad suffered from CHF for years. It's not fun, but it's treatable, as long as he doesn't forget to take the meds as ordered, when ordered. (In my Dad's case, it was a simple little 20-cents-a-pill daily medication that did the trick)

The short explanation of CHF is "the heart muscle has been weakened to the point that it can no loner efficiently keep the lungs clear of naturally-occurring excess fluid". The medication helps with this.
