Last night while B was working, she got a very interesting story (That I got suckered into by helping her verify with hotels around us).
2 cops pull into the hotel canopy just at shift change (about 10:30 is when J gets there). Both hate our property. One's a young guy who got partnered with the round asshat who calls me racist / sexisit and gay. Well, he earned yet another fan last night.
D-bagcop1: "Have you seen four ugly bitches and one with their dyke girlfriend come in?" Followed quickly by, "No offense."
B: "I don't pay attention to ugly or pretty or their love lives for that matter. So you wanna give me a HELPFUL description?"
D-bag cop2: "How about if we go to room 13?"
B: *sighs*: "113, 213 or 313? You aren't just barging into guests rooms without proper information."
D-bag cop1: "How about room 11?"
B: "Again, 111, 211 or 311?"
D-bagcop2: "We'll take those keys."
B: *has checked room status* "No you won't. 111, 213, 313 & 211 are either empty or regular refinery workers who've been asleep for hours."
D-bagcop1: "You don't see the badge?"
B: "You don't see me not caring? You came in, without an explanation, demanding room keys and you think that BADGE entitles you to barge into guests rooms on a hunch? I don't think so."
he left, but not before Dbag2 had called her and I bitches. It's okay though, I have his name AND badge number, and both were turned in with complaints by us (I just turned in the one that called me a bitch after I heard it on the tape).
Now, the story is, a lady was staying at our hotel this past week with her pimp.
WRONG! Only people in the hotel the entire week, are 4 very nice spanish workers, and 2 refinery workers in the same room.
Her sister, was on the phone with her, and heard her 'being dragged out of her room by her hair."
Also, wrong. ANY noise like the screaming she described, would have been heard by SOMEONE and reported. Trust me, the guests complain VERY well.
This girl was also staying at Holiday Inn this week and was kicked out.
I called Holiday, and talked to their auditor (They keep logs like we do). She checked: Nobody was kicked out in the past week.
Mom did the follow up today:
Apparently the lady was in one of the '09 ending rooms. Hmm. And her sister (the one who called the cops in the first place), came to get her to take her to Kentucky cause "She's caused enough trouble!"
OH!

Mr. Media Tag came back Sunday.. wanted a room. I told him since he'd been evicted by APD, I couldn't let him in. He demanded I call a cab. When I explained they wouldn't pick him up anymore, he threatened me with bodily harm.
I again called APD, but then I had to leave the desk (Literally HAD to go around it on his side). He stared and acted like he'd swing or do something, but never did Probably didn't hurt he could see the box cutter in my front pocket..
Amazingly, we had NO complaint about the lady in the room.. but the sister made me wanna slap her.
