Us - "Yes, we saw that, but, that's only good for university lots, not the one you were in"

I'd like to mention that the lot in question is EIGHT MILES from campus. Guess he took the "permit parking only" sign at the entrance to mean ANY permit at all, I sure hope he's not a professor.
