    I am a zombie!

    Ugh. Am currently overhearing CW attempting to explain to a (very senile) little old lady (LOL) that our weekly rate is, in fact, cheaper than our senior rate.

    LOL: "I don't understand. Why isn't the senior rate cheaper? The senior rate should be cheaper!"

    To make things more interesting, if you average out the weekly rate day-by-day, the senior rate is cheaper during the week, but not on weekends. It works out so that the total for 7 days is cheaper on the weekly than the senior. LOL couldn't understand that the rate she was paying during the week wasn't going to be the same rate on the weekend (since we have a MAJOR event tomorrow, it's going up by a LOT...I'm surprised we even had a room for her tomorrow) and that overall, the weekly rate was cheaper.

    This lady has been in our lobby for 40 minutes and is JUST NOW leaving.

    CW to me: Could you tell by my voice that I was ready to snap at her?


    Bonus: Our WiFi is down. The server EXPLODED! Not a big explosion, but yeah, it's fried, and we're waiting on replacement parts to get shipped here. Cue lots of moaning from SCs. One lady exclaimed "People NEED Wifi to LIVE, you know!" Funny. I get along living just fine without any WiFi. Not even my cellphone needs WiFi. Going by her requirements for what is needed to sustain life, I must be one of the undead. Cool, I'm a ZOMBIEEEEEEEEE!!!

            Don't worry...at first finding out you are a zombie will be surprising, maybe even frightening or disturbing. However, this shall soon pass and be replaced with an understanding of your new powers. No more shall cold, hunger, fear, and other mortal afflictions bother you. You are guided by a new power...that of the feast. Once you decide what your feast will be (old standbys include human flesh and brains) you will be controlled by it, it will drive you.

            Maybe the suckiness of humans could be your Feast, then you will only become more powerful.
